Gil and Jerry are ageless. Gil is restoring a 1951 Studebaker named "Susie". They will take time off in September to go on a Mediterranean cruise from Spain to Israel. You just can't keep these guys away from the Middle East for very long.
Andy and Kathy are a little bionic now. Andy had a hip replacement in November and Kathy had a knee replacement in December. They have to be all healed up and ready for their China trip in June. They have just signed up for another 18 months in their Addiction Rehabilitation Mission. Andy is developing properties in St. George and Salt Lake in his spare time.
I can't believe I didn't get a picture of the Morgan's... Garth and Jean are leaving next Monday for the Provo MTC and then on to serve a Temple Mission in the Boston Temple for 18 months.
Marlene had eyelid surgery in January and is fully recovered now. Jim and Marlene are home from their mission to the Philippines and are reconnecting with the grandkids for a while before their next mission. Their oldest grandson will be opening his mission call envelope this evening. We're excited for him!
It was great to reconnect and feel the joy we have for one another in serving and being together.
We missed seeing our dear friends, John and Robin Cotton. John is currently serving in the Louisville, KY, temple presidency. Send us a picture John and I will post it for all of us to see.
