9-13-10 UPDATES

Cooks, Morgans and Lindsay's met at JCW's in American Fork today for a sandwich and a chocolate malt.

Garth is recovering nicely from three weeks of pneumonia. We decided it must have been from Lake Powell water inhaled during the water aerobics.

Cooks are headed out with family for a tour of Winter Quarters, Nauvoo and maybe Kirtland.  Gil has found a 1950 Studebaker to restore, so you'll likely be able to find him close by home.

Lindsay,'s are home from a visit to Minnesota to see some of the kids and now on the way to Washington to see some of the other kids in the Northwest. In November Lindsay's will return to Minneapolis to gather again with all their sons and spouses to join in the celebration of the 50th Jubilee Anniversary of the Minneapolis Stake.

We missed the rest of you, but if you drop me an email with pictures and comments of what you are doing and I'll post your pictures and comments on the blog, so we can stay connected. I'll send each of you an email and you can reply or save my email address for use later. We are looking forward to hearing from each of you in the next few weeks.

Sorry I didn't take any pictures at lunch today, but it was a beautiful late summer day with blue skies, mid-eighties and a few patches of red-orange showing on the Wasatch mountain side.

Have a great day,

Jim & Marlene
